YA-D400 series point type gas detectors are widely used in various industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, and liquefied gas stations. The product is designed with wall-mounted installation (although it can also hold the tube type, scaffolding type, ceiling type) and uses a controller to upload the data of the gas detector for a variety of data processing. It finally completes the data display, output control, and other functions.

The YA-K210 gas alarm controller is a versatile product that can be compatible with our YA-D series gas detectors, combining to form an innovative and intelligent industrial gas control system. This industrial gas early warning system is explicitly designed for use in industrial environments, providing quick and accurate gas detection results to keep your workplace, people, and valuable assets safe.

The controller is equipped with a 7-inch industrial LCD screen that displays the concentration value of all the connected gas detectors. With branch line (4-20mA) or bus (485 bus) connections, up to 256 detectors can be connected to the controller. The controller also features low limit, high limit, fault, and shielding alarm functions. When an alarm is triggered, the controller sends an audible and visual signal to indicate the alarm location and records the alarm time automatically.

Each gas detector can set up two sets of output relays, which automatically drive connected equipment, including exhaust fans and solenoid valves. Besides, the recorded alarm information can be exported through a U disk for additional analysis and record-keeping. With two PC interfaces, the data can be conveniently queried and analyzed using a host computer.

The product is designed following national standards and is extensively tested to provide excellent performance, fast response, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. The system uses a wall-mounted installation and the detector's cooperation with the controller CPU to upload and process gas detector data, complete data display, and output control functions for optimal workplace safety.

YA-K210 gas alarm controller host embedded microprocessor, with detector signal sampling, data real-time calculation, system fault detection, power management, key scanning, display driver, alarm display, fault display, shield display, data storage, data export, 4G networking, alarm peripheral driver and other functions;
